The ideaThe Social Mapp project stems from a very simple reflection: how technology, little used in the social field, can facilitate people to access the world of social services and not to consider them as a fragmented reality but an integrated system to support those in need ?We all know the riches offered by associations, voluntary work, civil service, social cooperatives, but sometimes it happens that these resources are little or not known at all by users.For this reason, we wanted to give Third Sector entities the possibility, by registering on the platform, to tell about themselves, to describe their history, their expertise and the link with the territory.We think that the Social Mapp should not be just a set of points on the map with reception hours and telephone numbers but above all a window from which to see the riches and potential of the territory.
